An AdTech company is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who is passionate to work as a front-line Sales Development Representative from Pune Location. The SDR will work with a defined process to nurture prospects and accounts through various stages and warm them up in the sales cycle. This is a pivotal role with a fusion of sales and marketing. You will be responsible to create the pipeline deals by reaching out and engaging with relevant persons at the customer organizations. You will nurture early-stage communication with all prospects to steer them into a sales meeting and engagement.
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Generating qualified leads by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/market
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to create opportunities.
- Build an in-depth understanding of our offerings and how they add value to the customer.
- Actively engage with prospects by sharing product information, probing requirements and responding to their queries to create new opportunities.
- Participate in industry forums, product conferences and online forums to evangelize our products & solutions.
- Standardize qualification process - qualify all leads before they become opportunity/deals in a predictive and repetitive process.
Desired profile:
- 2-5 years experience in SaaS Sales or Technical Sales.
- Must be active on LinkedIn posting content and engaging with others, Savvy with CRMs like Pipedrive / Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positively aggressive, curious, and creative
- Start-up and growth company mentality, weathered for rapid rates of change
- Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature.
