Inside Sales Manager

Quovantis (www.quovantis.com) is an exciting and fast growing startup in the outsourced product development space. We are a boutique design and engineering company which focuses on all aspects of product development - Ux Design, Architecture and Development. We excel in building web platforms, partnering with startups/technology companies in US and India and our portfolio includes companies like Mettl, isango, Microsoft, Mytonomy, Synaptics and Nucleus Software.

We are based in New Delhi and are in the process of expanding our global product development team. To achieve this, we are looking for passionate inside sales manager who could help us with lead generation and building a pipeline of future clients.

We are looking for someone -

1. Who gets naturally high on selling technology services (not on other abusive substances) to potential clients.

2. Who has the entrepreneurial spirit and realizes that one needs bachelors in art of persuasion to sell a fledgling company.

3. Naturally loves talking, intrinsically motivated and understands the science of rejection.

4. Is Diligent and can persevere through the mood swings and calendar conflicts of potential clients.

If that's you, we need the following experience -

- Experience in domestic/US market for IT sales.

- Experience in selling development services (ecommerce, web applications, mobile applications, facebook apps) to end clients in India/US.

- Experience in selling technology services to potential clients and converting them to wins.

- Experience in targeting and creating a sales pipeline of technology companies/startups and then working through it.

- Selling technology services to technology companies in the US market.

- Experience in a similar company like ours would be a plus.
