We have an opening for Inside sales role who will manage client independently that is B2B process, you are the responsible to build-up relationship with corporates specifically FMCG Clients. Below KRA is for your reference -
Role and Experience
- Should have over 3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales
- Must have carried a target and have generated meetings with contacts via cold-calling & follow ups.
- Ability to work with team heads to present the solution to the prospects.
- Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department, and company goals.
Essentials
- Understanding of CRM
- Good communication - sales closure skills
- How IST works - KPIs / Familiarity with metrics etc.
- Mentoring relationship with existing people (can be explored)
