We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (Hands-on manager role) who would strategize, manage, train and own the full lifecycle of an inside sales process. The incumbent would work along with sales team, consulting, Marketing, etc.. to strategize, train, monitor the inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Have thorough understanding about how to generate qualified opportunities through phone calls, emails, social media, internet research etc. and should be able to articulate it to the team..

2. Manage, recruit, & train team for outbound sales, support & other functions as required

3. Manage outbound calling by team to US based prospects.

4. Execute cold calls and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and manage the pipeline.

5. Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM and provide update on a weekly basis.

6. Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives.

7. Work cross functionally with marketing and engineering teams to drive incremental & net new revenue.

8. Create strategy for sales growth through email outreach, inbound & outbound calling.

9. Work with the executive team to design and improve outbound efforts

10. Comprehensive utilization of use of sales prospecting resources (LinkedIn, Discoverer , etc..)

11. Develop and test phone/Email scripts and determine viability of existing scripts

12. Supervise, support and train inside sales & support team on Offerings, prospecting and effective sales techniques

13. Conduct quality checks and handle process escalations

14. The Insides Sales Manager is responsible for the sales targets in US and India. He should be able to open new leads in the region and should be able to independently close deals

The Position:

- 8-12 years related to business development experience in selling IT products or services in the digital space

- An excited hunter with a proven ability to close new business; prior experience growing or building sales territories. Should have done cold calling and emailing in prior roles apart from people management

- Sales experience in a technology oriented field - knowledge/awareness about the IT industry experience is a strong plus.

- Experience/Knowledge of working in a regional sales model in the US.

- Experience working with a CRM. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)

- Proven experience in establishing new Inside sales practices into USA & international market

- MBA's or a BS with relevant work experience.

- The ability to manage, recruit & train a strong future sales team

Work Timings: US timings (East Coast / Central / West Coast)

Experience selling into US markets is a must.
