STEPS is an Executive Search Organization headquartered in New Delhi.

I have started this Organisation after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR..

My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian MNC.

POSITION - Inside Sales Manager - (IT Enterprise Volume Business)

INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Qualification BE/ B.Tech + MBA Experience

Role Definition:

- Responsible for leading the team of Inside Sales Executives & achieving the sales objectives.

- Gathering Market Intelligence, tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning marketing strategies.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters training & development opportunities and high performance amongst team members.

- Mentor & train the team about the various marketing and promotions strategies, new launches and providing them in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services.

- Identify prospect clients, utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintaining productive working relationships with existing customers.

- Establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies for the team, and apply time and territory management techniques.

- Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation

- Identifies opportunities to penetrate customer accounts with additional products and additional end-user purchase opportunities.

- Ensures that the team follows process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.

- Identifies customer retention requirements/opportunities.

People Management & development

- Responsible for performance management of the team.

- Responsible for encouraging a culture of rewards & recognition hence fostering better employee engagement & employee motivation.
