Summary of Job Purpose :
1. Owning & controlling new inbound leads
2. Controlling qualification & nurturing of leads using SPIN methodology before passing to sales using different channels like Livechat, Email, Aircall or LinkedIn.
3. Control LinkedIn outreaches to net partners & collaborations to increase top of the funnel
4. Mapping customer needs using SPIN with product features
5. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
6. Own email workflows to assist customer journey
