We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to head our lead generation process for the International region
Responsibilities:
- Build a solid inside sales/lead generation team that exceeds sales goals.
- Ensure that pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects.
- Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach weekly/monthly appointment setting goals
- Evaluate and improve sales and sales administration process
- Provide training on both cold-calling as well as on subject matter (enterprise mobility solutions) to associates
- Manage performance and salary reviews and create employee development plans
- Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.
- Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.
- Have experience in International sales, presales, bidding and client management.
Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, client interaction or lead generation with progressive advancement in career
- Have experience in International sales, presales, bidding and client management.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all points in time
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure entrepreneurial environment
Education: Bachelor's / Master Degree
