Inside Sales Leader
Job description:
We are looking for a responsible and proven sales leader in India who have a passion for Sales and ability to coach and drive the team.
- Create, train, mentor and manage a team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to sell / upsell / cross sell Mindlance' s various service offerings including contingent staffing, workforce solutions and SOW engagements
- Partner with US Client Partners, Account Executive and Business Development Specialists to create and nurture the sales lead funnel across offerings.
- Manage a team of Inside sales both hunting and farming.
- Proactively monitor sales activity of the assigned team and ensure that the sales effort meet company expectations.
- Impact the performance of sales team by supporting and demonstrating tools, reports and training programs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy.
- Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction within the team.
- Identify new market opportunities and influence decisions through advice and counsel.
- Implement team building strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience:- 10-15 years of overall experience.
- Experience selling within US market is preferred.
- Experience of managing a high-performance sales team.
- Solid customer service attitude
- Experience working in a client facing role.
