Our client is a well funded lending startup which is on the verge of closing institutional funding and is backed by Angel Investors from top Fintechs. Our client is currently operating from Gurgaon and is planning to expand to other cities in India.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and grow the inside sale team.

- Set and track sales targets for your team.

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.

- Manage customer escalations and resolve issues.

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.

- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth.

- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features.

- Develop service procedures, policies and standards.

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.

- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.

Requirements :

1. In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.

2. 7- 10 years of experience with NBFC, Fintechs or B2C companies.

3. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.

4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

5. Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
