Position: Inside Sales
Summary of Responsibilities:
Proposal Management:
- Expertise in proposal management & solution presentation delivery
- Responsible for end to end Bid Management from starting from bid qualification to submission
- Consult with Sales team, SMEs and other functional teams to interpret the client specific solution and produce a persuasive proposal document
- Ensure timely delivery of “best in class” bid responses. Adhere to all the key milestones specified in the RFP/RFI as part of the bidding process and keep all the key stakeholders updated regularly on the progress
Coordinate with different internal departments / stakeholders / functions such as Sales, Lead generation, Technology, Legal, Pricing, HR & Operations etc., to collate inputs and RFP/Q responses.
- Provide periodic reports to key stakeholders with a status on progress of new opportunities being pursued
Managing Bids include Proposals/RFP/RFQ/RFI/IFB
- Support review meetings and periodic audits performed on Global Solutions Support Group
- Ensure adherence to standard bid procedure and best practice
- Developed complex client presentations and post proposal presentations for the existing and prospective clients across geography
Marketing Support and Content Management:
- Expertise in creating marketing tools & collaterals(brochures/handouts/website) and corporate & campaign presentations
- Create boiler plates and proposal templates for various service verticals and horizontals
- Plan and lead efforts on knowledge management and content refresh projects for the use of business solutions group
- Develop collaterals across the industry domains, geographic locations and service offerings.
- Develop training manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) specific to Global Sales Support function
- Manage ongoing regular updates to specific content
- Update repository and make easy to access content
- Leaded the campaign design
Research Execution & Participation:
- Undertake secondary research activities including company profile analysis, industry analysis and help sales team with right prospect / client information
- Responsible for conducting competitor analysis and building differentiation strategies
- Manage participation in research & surveys conducted by various research entities.
