Job Description :

As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for end-to-end project deliverables of the Public app, India's largest location based social network. Public app has the largest contributor network in the country with 5000+ content creators posting 1M+ videos every month.

Key Responsibilities :

- The key skills include strong project management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management experience, preferably in a fast paced start-up environment.

- Initiate, formulate and implement different process improvement projects to ensure seamless experience of content creators across the country

- Analyse performance KPIs of the content partners and drive improvements by initiating projects across operations team

- Align the operations team with the business objectives through regular trainings, feedbacks, weekly reviews and sessions

- Managing different state teams handling on ground operations by coaching and mentoring the team, and resolve their day to day issues

- Ensure smooth and efficient working of each and every project across teams and resolve for roadblocks, challenges faced by the operations team in real-time

- Analyse issues, trends, basis data and bring actionable insights to further improve the performance KPIs

- Hiring growing and developing talent in the organisation

- Create dashboards for Business team for key analysis on the progress of new projects and key metrics

- Liaison and coordination between technical, content and operation teams.

Requirements :

- Graduation/Post-Graduation from Tier-1 Institute

- Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative

- Ability to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented under pressure

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Excel
