Inshorts - Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for end-to-end project deliverables of the Public app, India's largest location-based social network. The public app has the largest contributor network in the country with 5000+ content creators posting 1M+ videos monthly.

Key Responsibilities -

- The key skills include strong project management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management experience, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- Initiate, formulate and implement different process improvement projects to ensure a seamless experience for content creators across the country

- Analyse performance KPIs of the content partners and drive improvements by initiating projects across the operations team

- Align the operations team with the business objectives through regular training, feedback, weekly reviews and sessions

- Managing different state teams handling on-ground operations by coaching and mentoring the team, and resolving their day-to-day issues

- Ensure smooth and efficient working of each and every project across teams and resolve roadblocks, and challenges faced by the operations team in real-time

- Analyse issues, trends, and basic data and bring actionable insights to improve the performance KPIs further

- Hiring growing and developing talent in the organisation

- Create dashboards for the Business team for key analysis of the progress of new projects and key metrics

- Liaison and coordination between technical, content and operation teams.

Requirements-

- B.com / BBA from premium colleges

- Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative

- Ability to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented under pressure

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Excel

Qualifications- B.com / BBA from premium colleges/PG

Work-ex: 2-4 years experience
