Inshorts - Manager - Punjabi Content Input Desk

As an Input desk manager, you would be managing content input for the Public app. Public app has the largest contributor network in the country with 5000+ content creators posting 1M+ videos every month.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify/recruit contributors across different cities

- Onboard them and design training processes for them

- Define processes for monitoring their performance & providing long-term support

- Ensure smooth and efficient content delivery from the assigned state

NOTE: The candidate should be able to read, write & speak in Punjabi

Requirements:

- Strong analytical foundation with meticulous attention to detail

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong intellectual curiosity

- Extremely organized and detail oriented

- Proficiency in Excel

Graduation/Post-Graduation in journalism from a tier-1 institute is required

Work-ex: Minimum 3 years in media
