Inroadz - Logistics Manager

inroadz is a B2B marketplace that connects European, American and Australian brands with Indian distributors, retailers and wholesalers. The platform provides E2E services in terms of retail network development, logistics, marketing, payments, support and data analytics. Currently we are focusing on the Baby care segment only.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial person to join a team of experienced professionals. The candidate should have experience and a passion for logistics and cross-border trade. You will be working with a team who is fast moving, fun and creative but more importantly extremely dedicated, focused and ambitious!

Responsibilities

- Focus on planning and implementing cross-border trade initiatives between India and several European countries

- Following up and assuring timely pick-up, transport and delivery from European brands to buyers (offline and online retailers) in India.

- Calculating best consolidation possibilities and managing costs

- Liaising with several distribution, import and customs parties

- Knowledge of FTWZ

- You will report to the CEO and Head of Logistics

Desired Profile

- Minimum Bachelor in logistics, supply chain management or similar

- Internship experience in logistics, import management or similar

- Relevant industry experience in the eCommerce sector and/or baby care sector a pro

- Entrepreneurial mindset & strong communication skills

- Ability to liaise with 3rd parties such as agencies or clients

- English & Hindi fluent in written and speech

- Work location: Noida

Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
