We are looking to hire a Consultant for our team in NCR/ Mumbai, to support Project delivery & Business Development efforts.

Key skills/ competencies include:

- Core HR skills - HRBP/ CoE/ Consulting

- Knowledge of psychometrics/ analytics

- Strong personality/ executive presence/ communication skills

- Structured thinking/ planning and analysis

- Outstanding MS Excel and PPT skills

- Past experience/ Keenness to work with tech tools like survey platforms/ assessment instruments/ PMS tools etc.
