Job Description:

- We are looking for a talented ITSM Process Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting process workshops, ensuring best practices are implemented, and determining optimized procedures for streamlining catalogue and service requests.

- Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ITIL process optimization and providing recommendations to Process owners for improving the process maturity scores/ratings.

- The candidate will also be responsible for conducting periodic assessments to publish scorecards of the ITIL process maturity index.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct process workshops to identify gaps in existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Ensure that best practices are implemented and determine optimized procedures for streamlining catalogue and service requests.

- Optimize ITIL processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide recommendations to Process owners for improving the process maturity scores/ratings.

- Conduct periodic assessments to publish scorecards of the ITIL process maturity index.

- Integrate ITIL processes as per business requirements and IT Policy.

- Collaborate with respective tools SMEs to deploy ITIL processes into ITSM tools.

- Design and implement ITSM processes, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

- Define success metrics and monitor Service Management processes to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- ITIL v3 or v4 certification Plus.

- 3-6 years of experience in ITSM Process Consulting.

- Experience in conducting process workshops and identifying gaps in existing processes.

- Knowledge of ITIL process optimization and experience in providing recommendations to Process owners for improving process maturity.

- Experience in conducting periodic assessments and publishing scorecards of the ITIL process maturity index.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in designing and implementing ITSM processes, including CMDB.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to define success metrics and monitor Service Management processes.
