1. Development, Implementation and compliance to all learning and development processes: Training calendars - reports - Certification - Progression Plans.

2. Adherences to standard operating procedures within all units at all levels ensuring 100% certification of all new and existing colleagues.

3. Review of Monthly Customer Satisfaction feedback with CPO to spot gaps, ambiguities and raise relevant questions

4. Assessment and evaluation of the standards through brand standard audits mystery audits - customer feedback quarterly.

5. Adhering to the training schedules, team development, employee retention and ensuring patron satisfaction index & employee satisfaction index

6. Develop and maintain internal capability using internal capability through trainers

7. Adherence to the Competency Based approach for Training for skill and progression planning

8. Measurement and analysis through assessment/certification tools at all operational levels in units.

9. Conduct Audit for service compliance measures in Operations

10. Conduct Training Needs Analysis using: Audit Report - Customer Satisfaction feedback - Unit level recommendations - Annual Appraisal Cycle

11. Maintain Error free L&D Data - Monthly Training Report - SOP - Modules - Analysis

12. Improve customer satisfaction using Customer Satisfaction feedback and scores
