To lead all sales operations (farmer enrollment) for a state, including planning, execution, training for carbon enrollments.
To lead your junior managers with the following responsibilities :
- Identify potential clusters of villages and areas with high penetration of target farmers.
- Identify, on-board, and engage farmers who are committed to regenerative agriculture practices.
- Responsible to convert farmer interest into long term agriculture management contracts.
- Train and manage a team of 3-5 market development officers.
- Communicate and gather feedback from farmers.
- Deliver training and skill development programs to individuals and (or) groups.
