Job Description Aviation Manager

1. Managing The Organization Operating System:

- Utilize basic flight systems scheduling knowledge to optimize and manage flight operations efficiently.

- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of HTML code for troubleshooting and customization within the Organization's Operating System.

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the company Operating System.

2. Data Management:

- Possess expert knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

- Demonstrate proficiency in aviation terms, airport codes, and comprehensive understanding of flight data points such as flight time, occupancy, flown and booked revenue.

- Utilize knowledge of various aircraft, including fixed-wing jets and rotorcraft, to enhance operational efficiency.

- Apply basic understanding of Revenue Management to contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

3. Digital:

- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop for creating visually appealing materials.

- Utilize Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) platforms like Mailchimp and Sender to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

- Employ intermediate knowledge in creating presentations, ensuring intricate data points are displayed visually for enhanced understanding.

- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in aviation operations and data management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Familiarity with revenue management principles in the aviation industry.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Familiarity with other aviation software and tools.

- Experience in creating and optimizing digital content.

- Knowledge of other design and presentation tools.
