Role Description

- Guiding and scaling our business strategies, plans and procedures

- Build financial models for sensitivity analysis and valuations for venture investments and financial projections analysis

- Build startup evaluation frameworks

- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps Developing and managing improved systems to measure business performance

- Developing automated reporting and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and productivity

- Recommend actions and suggest insights by analysing and interpreting data

- Conduct financial and business due diligence

- Perform financial reporting, and operational metrics tracking assisting in investment decision

Role Requirements

- Excellent academic record with a background in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience, with experience in Banking/Consulting/Fintech Startups preferred

- PHD, CFA and/or MBA considered an asset

- Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes

- Strong analytical, strategic and problem solving skills

- Proficient in using Google Sheets and GSuite

- You're enthusiastic and target-driven

- You're able to build strong, mutually respectful relationships with a diverse team

- Clearly demonstrable entrepreneurial and execution-oriented attitude

- Great written and oral communication skills

- Fluent in English
