- Our business involves developing products that use technology to remove friction in a) the supply of money (credit) and b) movement of money. These seemingly simple objectives are actually very tough problems.

Relationship Manager :

Location : Bangalore and Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- In this role, the candidate will be responsible for generating revenues from existing retailers or banks.

- The candidate will understand the roadmap from clients and will sell available products to them by evaluating business cases.

Duties :

- Will work closely with the hunting team to get a detailed understanding of the client and its teams (key stakeholders), relevant functional heads etc.

- Identify the revenue opportunities and get the deal at profitable business case.

- Closure of commercials, SLAs, responsibilities of client and agreement with client.

- Monthly business review with client on existing product lines.

- Propose new unsold product lines to various stakeholders in client and generate revenue from those opportunities.

- Make sure of no entry of any competitor for any product line.

- Coordination with Technology, Operations and client to install the product in client's locations.

- Interface with Marketing team to get marketing collateral / training material prepared for new services/features.

- Interface with Marketing team to get required attention towards deal inside the company and in public through press release.

Skills and qualifications :

- B. Tech and MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges.

- 8 + years overall experience with recent 4+ years of experience in a farming and relationship building role with B2B clients in Banks and NBFCs.

- The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, have a good understanding of how business risks need to be identified and risk mitigation.

- Should have demonstrated an ability to increase business from existing relationships by cross-selling other products.

- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success.

- Have excellent communication, time management and listening.

- Good presentation, writing documents and commercial negotiation skills.

Personality :

- The ideal person for this role would be someone who loves the challenge of an entrepreneurial environment and is able to deal with complexity and rapid change.

- Needless to mention, the person would be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.

- He/She would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments.

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with very senior external stakeholders.

- Experience in managing successful scaling up of a business would be useful.
