a. The worldwide digital transactions market is 100 Tn$, conventionally built around the card payments ecosystem. The Indian market, though with lower penetration and usage, is still a significant 1 Tn$ and rapidly growing.

Job Designation: AVP - Telesales

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- The person will be responsible for making Innoviti's products - fly-off the shelf,- by constantly evaluating and refining the product-market fit, generating demand via tele-calling and fulfilment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading and managing the Inside Sales Team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals - closing the leads received through email, SMS, Paid Campaigns.

- Lead inside sales organization in following the sales methodology from lead to closure.

- Maintaining record of activities in CRM and driving team to maximize productivity as measured from CRM.

- Track leads created by digital marketing channels and provide feedback to marketing for improving quality and quantity of leads.

- Providing MIS to marketing and sales teams to improve overall sales productivity.

- Creating and maintaining a database in tool of current and potential customers.

- Recruit high performance sales reps and sales management including interviewing, hiring, monitoring, training, employee feedback and documentation, counselling and coaching, and performance management / improvement when needed. Identify staffing needs. Work with senior management to set budgets and implement plan.

- Improve customer interaction methods to engage with customer deeper.

- Improve the productivity of team via continuous monitoring, training and evaluation of team. Reward high performers.

- Keeping up with product and service information and updates and training team on the same.

- Working with marketing and communications team to provide inputs for lead generation as well as to modify the call-out pitch.

- Improve performance via continuous introduction of new digital technologies or tools.

- Carrying out quality check on the calls to coach/guide agents.

- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

- Staying informed about competing products and services.

- Upselling products and services.

- Market intelligence- be the expert on who the buyer is, what are their criteria to buy and what will make them buy now.

Skills and qualifications:

- Should hold a MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in consultative business management.

- Should have the capability of leading inside sales team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.

- Proficiency in inside sales team management tools.

- Excellent knowledge of various digital approaches to convert the customers.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

- Strong listening and sales skills.

- Strong performance orientation.

- Preferably post-graduate (any stream okay).

- Atleast 3 years in heading an inside sales team for a B2B or B2C technology product.

- Ability to manage teams with regional language skills.

Personality:

- The ideal person for this role would be someone who loves the challenge of an entrepreneurial environment and is able to deal with the complexity and rapid change.

- Needless to mention, the person would be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity. He/she would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments with high levels of responsibility.
