Dealer Manager

Basic Criteria :

- B. Tech + M.B.A. from tier 1/ tier 2 college

- 6-8 years, outbound call centre sales team management, field team management and process management with team

Responsibilities :

To ensure increase in usage of smelending.com by dealers.

Duties :

- Develop strategies for increasing usage by dealers in consulting with VP sales and Sr. Principal Manager.

- Generate and drive the revenue from Dealers (Business Buyers) through Dealers Management team (call centre team)

- Get the work done from operations team (field support team) to acquire more Dealers, to increase the usage of product and to support the Dealers (in case required)

- Present the cost benefit analysis to Product team for call centre team, field visits and hiring of team

- Understand the Principal's strategies from Principal Management team and execute in line of same

- Weekly review with team and keep the Principal Management team about revenue earning and issues

- Keep the product team updated about market, including competitors, issues faced by Dealers in usage of product

- Manager the expectation of Dealers regarding available features of product

- Work with product marketing to devise promotions and communication to improve usage.

- Understand issues of dealers in using product and provide feedback to product team for improvement.

Personality :

- The ideal person for this role would be someone who loves to acquire and maintain relationships with customers. The person who can drive the sales and usage through call centre team but at the same time be comfortable in presenting the information to customer, if required. Needless to mention, the person would be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.

- He/She would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments. Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with senior people in Principals.
