Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Knowledge and responsibilities:

- The need is for you to be a part of a small team which works very closely with the leadership team providing insights and enabling them to make data-driven decisions

- Will need to use analytics and decision sciences to assist in solving business problems at the operational, tactical and strategic level

- Understanding of financial analysis

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

- Make sound recommendations to the leadership team for continuous increase in productivity levels

- Provides complex, financial analysis for a specific function or a business.

- Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making

- Provides analytics to business initiatives, to drive higher efficiency and clearer path to goals

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the hierarchy and across various functions in the organization
