Designation : Associate Vice President / Senior Manager - APAC Business

Reporting to : Chief Business Officer - APAC Business

Responsibilities :

Assist and work closely with Chief Business Officer - International Business in identification of the opportunity for introducing Innoviti solutions in the markets outside India. Responsibilities shall also include having close monitoring and ensuring implementation of projects through close co-ordination with respective teams internally as well as stake holders outside.

Duties :

New Markets Related :

- Identify potential markets through continuous research

- Gather and compile relevant data related to specific markets through online research, market intelligence, engagement of specific agencies if needed.

- Prepare / be responsible for business plan, go-to-market strategies including partner strategy in local markets, regions.

- Develop / maintain relationship with foreign entities, banks etc.

- Ensure appropriate and time communication including marketing and product materials to all concerned.

- Preparation, submission, follow-up and ensuring closure of commercial proposals for new customers

- Set quarterly, half-yearly and yearly goals for international expansion.

- Create plans to achieve the targets using the strategy, process and systems set in place to achieve such targets.

- Close co-ordination with marketing team for product, marketing materials required for specific markets.

Projects Related :

- For on-going projects, prepare project plan with implementation timelines.

- Closure of NDA, Agreement, business plan etc in co-ordination with respective teams internally.

- Ensure proper execution of the projects through co-ordination with relevant teams and stake holders.

- Setting up of the appropriate processes with respect to operation, fund flow etc for the projects in coordination with concerned teams

- Set up and implement review mechanisms to track progress of such projects.

- Continuously seek to fine tune the project plan, timeline, execution to ensure that targets are not missed.

- Work closely with all relevant teams internally to ensure proper allocation of time and resources.

- Preparation for weekly, monthly, quarterly review including Board review.

- Ensure appropriate regular communications to all concerned.

- Being responsible for any kind of issues which may come up during project implementation or thereafter.

- Maintain and publish proper dashboard for the projects, new opportunities, revene etc for international business.

Skills and Qualifications :

1. MBA from a premier institute with atleast 10+ years of experience in which atleast 5 years should be payments domain in fast-growing organization.

2. Should have prior and certain level of expertise in the area of Point of Sale (PoS), eCommerce.

3. Working background in large banks or Schemes in payments domain would be desirable.

4. Project management skill would be added advantage.

5. The candidate should have fare understanding of the underlying payments technologies.

6. Effectively communicate key issues and ideas with minimal supervision across different levels and across teams, external entities.

7. Interact with the leadership effectively to ensure timely actions from them, wherever needed.

8. Should have a flair for deeper study, tenacity, new research and learning.

9. Prior experience in managing execution of projects of critical nature successfully with timeline.

10. Building credible relationships with all stake holders to create a high performing organization through sharing the right practices and information.

11. Proven track record of having introduced impactful changes in the relevant working areas that had a lasting effect on the organization.

12. Demonstrated ability of having taken tough decisions to strengthen organizational productivity

Personality:

- The ideal person for this role would be someone who loves the challenge of an entrepreneurial environment and is able to deal with complexity and rapid change.

- Needless to mention, the person would be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity. He / She would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments and unknown geographies. Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with senior stakeholders.
