Designation: Assistant Marketing Manager Location: Bangalore Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Understanding creative briefs and ideating fresh, innovative concept notes for print &amp; digital collaterals and presenting them as concept sketches/ storyboards - Managing team of graphic designers/ video animators/ photographers/ videographers to develop creatives on time for various print and digital campaigns - Assigning projects to individual designers, conducting brainstorming sessions with the team to get fine creative output - Ensuring all creative projects are on track and sending out updating various stakeholders with the progress Preferred Expertise/ Qualifications - Proven experience of 4 - 6 years in creative concept development for all marketing channels - print, digital, social media, mobile - Highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent - A keen eye for aesthetics &amp; details - Has illustration &amp; doodling skills to sketch rough design layouts of concept notes for approvals, briefing the job to team of graphic designers and video developers - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives - Go-getter attitude to get things done in a timely manner - Bachelors/ Master's degree in Marketing/ Marketing Communications/ Advertising/ Visual Communication - Prior experience with managing a team of graphic designers and video developers - Basic know-how of using Adobe Suite and online design tools like Canva, Figma, etc. (Preferred candidate - 4 - 6 years of Studio Management experience at any leading Advertising Agency)
