Key responsibilities include:
- Client/Prospect business research and shaping Innover's value proposition to align to client/prospects priorities.
- Work with onsite CSM team (in a Two-In-A-Box model) in pursuing business growth opportunities, proposal writing and presentation and execution ownership.
- Drive/Coordinate business growth opportunity lifecycle - solutioning, proposal response, proposal defence, commercials proposition, contracting and execution.
- Own a growth target for a set of clients/prospects and work towards achievement of these growth objectives.
- Develop account based marketing strategy and collaborate with marketing team for it execution and aligning to Innover's growth objectives
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Effectively communicate and present Innover's product solution and value proposition to customers/prospects
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Continue to invest time and effort in understanding Innover's evolving capabilities and their application to client context
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate from Premier College
- B.Tech / B.E
- 5+ years of relevant work experience around digital technologies and its practical application to the real-world business problems
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline.
- Ability to research and stay relevant to evolving digital technologies.
