Innovation Testing - Market Research
- 6-8 years experience with prior experience in innovation testing
- Existing research methodology knowledge, experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data
- Strong analytic, communication and project management skills. Fluent in English - spoken and written.
Accountabilities :
- Lead project-based report storytelling and recommendations - provide objective, expert perspective ("so what", "why" and "what to do" synthesis) to Sector Insights teams across the globe
- Become the expert on the Ada tools - methodology/interpretation and answer sector and BU questions and provide analytical support as needed
- Presenting the reports to key stakeholders in the insights team + support Insights team /present the results to the cross-functional teams and business leaders where needed
- Winning stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders
- Support meta-analysis for BU, Sector and Global-led projects, including desk research / learning reviews leveraging the Knowledge Management portal
- Support expansion of tools to new markets and categories via developing and maintaining training materials, and collection of necessary inputs to ensure robust setup and adherence to global best practices
