Primarily Responsible for driving business in Life and General Insurance vertical

Job Description :

- Act as a strategic advisor to the Bancassurance function

- Chalk-out sales strategy and co-ordinate with business and sales functions

- Periodic Review and reporting of Product/ Sales

- Benchmark products and practices against industry and drive change and innovation

- Co-ordinate with all support functions (Technology, Risk and Operations) to implement the business strategy

- The role offers a very good understanding and insight into the functioning of the bank/across the bank as well as an opportunity to work with the Founder/MD&CEO and other top management in the bank.

Requirements

- MBA from Tier I Institutes from 2008-10 batches

- 2-4Years of experience in a Life/ General Insurance Company in a sales facing role (sales, product propositions role, channel management roles in either agency, bancassurance or alternate channels)

- Proficient in data analytics and understanding of Insurance products

- Working exposure to Business planning, channel engagement (R&R, Sales training, Product management, Product launching etc.), Performance management, Sales risk management, Driving quality of business, Basic Actuarial Science

- Should be good at co-ordination and hands on/execution oriented, with an ability to think through ambiguous situations

- Should have the ability & persona to interact with senior/top management executives within and outside the bank.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Position is based at Mumbai only reporting to existing BMIS Leaders, based in Mumbai.
