Innovation Product & Marketing Manager - Personal Care

Our client, a D2C Personal Care, is looking for an Innovation Product and Marketing Manager for their team. Looking for folks to develop strategies for their makeup range. This would be an alternate Saturdays working opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Strategy for Makeup range.

- Explore industry (local and international) to scout for new trends in the industry

- Identify Contract Manufacturers in the space and evaluate them on quality, costing, range and so on and develop a rich pipeline of options in the space.

- Use the information of trends and work with CMs to develop the products and manage end-to-end product network.

- Create detailed product brief to work with formulators in creating the product

- Work internally with packaging, claim and brand POCs to marry the network internally.

- Liaise with developers and manufacturers for raw materials, fragrances and packaging

- Identify products and evaluate market potential of categories for development

- Research to check viability of the products before they are introduced in the market

- Supporting Sales & Marketing Team in communicating product story to make it more commercially effective

Desired Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate with Business/Marketing related Background

- Relevant organizational experience with any leading personal care brand

- Track record of leadership roles

- Strong understanding of consumer needs and market potential

- Work on multiple projects stream -lined together
