- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, present and emerging market needs and competitive offering.
- Have a continuous interaction with Sales and Product Management and Study the results of PDS and Consumer Research for understanding consumer needs and use it as decision inputs for developing a culture of innovation leadership in the organization.
- Define Product Vision and Roadmap in alignment with the Business Strategy
- Create a 5 year Product Strategy to improve market share of Mechanical Products in the region
- Develop Differentiated products vs competition to deliver best in class consumer experience
- Lead product designing process with our internal factories and External Product Design companies.
- Reduce time for introduction of new products through disciplined execution and collaboration and effective relationship with cross functional teams
