ROLE SPECIFICATIONS : - Ensure healthy pipeline of NPDs over the next 2-3 years along with faster speed to launch cycle - Independently work with vendor partners and sourcing teams for scouting and developing prototypes other than the pipeline - Track, communicate and develop work plans to ensure commercial viability and post-launch product sustainability - Follow the Innovation Stage Gate process and ensure the approval and alignment of Innovation Council on the NPD pipeline - Develop white space thinking on new categories and possible entry options EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE : - MBA from a premier institute with 4-5 years of experience of which 2+ years in Marketing in FMCG and/or Strategy/ Consulting - Experience in Innovation / NPD launches will be preferred SKILLS REQUIRED: - Excellent concept writing, communication and presentation skills - Project management skills and ability to navigate cross functional teams smoothly - Strong business and marketing understanding
