Roles & Responsibilities:

- As an innovation manager, you will be responsible to implement the innovation strategy, create roadmap and identify successful business opportunities.

- Driving innovation culture in the organization to enable the organization to be fit for the future, with a focus on managing investment into new age topics

- Innovation manager identifies startup matching opportunities and ensures an organizational scorecard to support the management of innovation and the risks associated with it.

- Manage execution of the Innovation Portfolio through internal innovation platforms.

- Ensure successful planning and execution of innovation initiatives meeting milestones, performance and innovation targets.

- Responsible for development and management of ideation platforms.

- Work closely with the global offices to align resourcing and track execution.

Desired Candidate's profile:

- An ideal candidate would be an Engineer and a Management graduate with 8-12 experience in managing innovation portfolio with reputed and large IT organizations. Incumbent must be adept with best practices and market trends.
