Innovation Lead( Build Innovation Framework)- Pune

Role Title : Innovation Lead

Role Purpose : Be the face of innovation at STL in designing, building and deploying innovation methods and practices to:

(a) To solve business challenges faced by customers & business units and drive value to the business

(b) Build innovation culture within the organization

(c) Establish ongoing exchange with external ecosystem partners in industry and academia

Working with

(Reporting Relationship): Associate General Manager - Innovation

What the role entails :

(Key Responsibilities)

- Be a team player and help drive innovation initiatives to value realization

- Work extensively with CEO, COO, CTO and Business Unit Leaders, serving as a trusted partner to accelerate absorption into STL ecosystem

- Drive internal innovation initiatives to support employees to help clear bottlenecks and faster validation and adoption with stakeholders and overall business

- Work towards large scale implementation and adoption of the idea/concept and drive value

- Drive end to end charter and own the objectives

- Foster adoption of various concepts, content and kits using various tools, templates, methodologies etc.

- Drive collaborations with partner institutes - academia, startups, global innovation community, vendors, open innovation platforms for co-creation on various engagements

- Maintain knowledge currency (trends and business/operating models) and an understanding of the industry

- Travel (as per requirements) to the site for implementing the change

- Subject matter expertise in building innovative framework basis innovation science and functional business knowledge

- Contribute in designing innovation strategy in alignment with organizational goals and focus areas

- Excellent influencing skills, effective stakeholder management with successful track record of working collaboratively cross functional teams

- Program management, planning and executing multiple, complex programs, including budget and risk management, ability to work to functional deadlines and multiple dependencies, ability to move forward on agenda or initiative in high ambiguity environment

- Implement the program outcome along with the stakeholders & teams towards large scale adoption

- General business acumen and knowledge of key technology events/trends

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to both develop relationships and formerly present findings at various levels

- Flair for travel

Experience & Education :

- Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

- 8-10 years' experience in the industry
