Product Project Manager

- We are looking for a driven and experienced Product - Project Manager with the knowledge and passion to make our products the industry leader.

- You will be responsible for helping to shape product strategy, defining product requirements, providing direction to the engineering teams, and evangelizing our products at customer sites and conferences.

- Should have demonstrated experience in software product management, excellent communications and business judgement, and the drive to make the organization's products successful.

In this role, you will:

- Lead product planning, define product requirements, create and maintain product roadmaps.

- Act as the "voice of the customer" to the product development team, leading regular customer interviews and incorporating customer requirements into product definition.

- Work with team to refine features and ensure the organization is keeping up with current technology trends.

- Define and manage metrics to measure product performance and customer happiness.

- Actively seek out customer feedback and iterate accordingly.

- Lead the onboarding process for new and existing customers.

- Educate and evangelize products and features to customers, at events and on seminars.

- Responsible for on time delivery of product with proper installation and also managing the maintenance of various implemented solutions at different business accounts.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

Required skills:

- Strong experience in a dynamic product and project management role

- Providing delivery life cycle oversight.

- Supporting multiple cross functions module teams under product platform.

- SAAS experience good to have. Project management under SAAS.

- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle and product maintenance journey.

- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
