InnovaPoint - Product Delivery Manager

Must have:

3. Manufacturing industry exposure

4. IT Hardware exposure

5. Experience in handling h/w integrated s/w product

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely and flawless delivery/implementation of the software and hardware at the customer end

2. Lead and oversee the end-to-end product delivery process, ensuring products are delivered according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.

3. Customer-specific customizations of the platform and their delivery

4. Management of POCs, core development, customization, and product support.

5. Prioritization of the tasks and preparation of the development plan (SPRINT) and milestones

6. Customer communication and resolution of any delivery/product-related issues

7. Coordination with the sales team for delivery timeline, customization efforts, and presales

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless delivery process

9. Measurements of various KPIs and continuous process improvements
