We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential buyers and solicit new customer prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to discern their needs, qualify interests, and assess viability for driving successful sales outcomes.
- Initiate proactive outreach to potential customers by using their network & LinkedIn.
- Present comprehensive service information to potential customers, aligning solutions with their identified needs.
- Guide promising leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them with sales professionals, and orchestrating in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails, fostering ongoing communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify emerging needs.
- Ensure the achievement of company goals and targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and connect with potential customers on a global scale.
- Proven ability to persuade and achieve goals, coupled with a self-motivated and self-directed work ethic.
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end sales process.
- Significant experience in software sales, with a preference for candidates with expertise in IT services sales/ Software Sales with experience operating in the US/ME/Australia markets.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and familiarity with CRM systems.
