Your Role:

As the Specialist- PX Business Partnering, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and providing strategic HR support to the business. You will partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide HR solutions that support business goals. You will also lead the implementation of HR programs and policies within assigned business units, and provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices.

A Day in the Life:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges.

- Provide strategic HR support to the business.

- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies within assigned business units.

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment efforts for the assigned business units.

- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing resolution recommendations.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.

- Support the annual performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

- Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages for employees.

What You Need:

- Full-time MBA/ PGDM from a Tier-I business school.(MDI, XLRI, ISB or TISS)

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
