Your Role: - We are looking for Specialist C&B to join the People eXperience team. You will work with Innovaccer's People eXperience team to drive HR Operation for the company. A Day in the Life: - Compensation and Benefits: As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits. Has experience of working on ESOPs - Audit: Being the single point of contact for all Internal and External audits for people eXperience. Maintaining and tracking a central repository of the samples and findings quarter on quarter for moving towards a 100% process adhering department What will you do: 1. Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy 2. Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture 3. Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed 5. Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices 6.
