Project Manager ( Non IT)

Your Role :

- We are looking for a persistent and motivated individual who can put the stories of the world's fastest-growing healthcare technology company in words.

- As a Project Manager, you will be working as an architect for driving programs, processes, and communication efforts for designated projects in an end-to-end manner.

- Working closely with other teams within the Go-to-market (GTM) domain, your role will be to supervise our enterprise project management strategy along with building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns, among others.

- With a flair for strategizing and executing highly dynamic processes, you will be extensively working on transforming collective ideas into highly successful outcomes.

A Day in the Life :

- Take ownership of multiple projects at a time and conceptualize strategies to create highly effective processes

- Assist teams with creating new workflows and defining strategic goals of each of them

- Take up projects in an end-to-end manner through their entire life cycle right from ideation to execution

- Work with inter and intra-team stakeholders to get things done in a timely manner

- Track, document, and present project updates to the Executive Leadership team

- Understand project requirements and work on resolving issues at all levels for timely implementation

- Learn and build workflows to monitor progress over weeks and communicate things effectively to concerned stakeholders at all times

- Act as a single point of contact from Innovaccer to monitor and maintain the project management system with relevant tech partners

- Manage stakeholders and communicate with relevant teams to resolve bandwidth issues

- Assist with performance tracking and reporting of the tool, taking feedback from internal stakeholders and communicating it to the external partner

What You Need :

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, business development, or similar domain

- Flair for written and spoken English with an impeccable command over grammar

- Persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile' and unparalleled people skills

- Proactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good at industry research for best practices

- A multitasker who is comfortable working in a complex setting and speaking to various stakeholders

- The creativity that builds credibility with the audience

- A self-starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations
