Required skills:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline Btech/BSc (CS and IT Preferred)
- Passion for growth – Understanding of business and technology
- Avid Reader and follower of technology trends
- Relevant Exp. in Lead Generation/ Sales/ Business Development for IT solutions or products in US Market will be a plus
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal (able to communicate freely and confidently) and written (should be good at making presentations, agreements,proposals)
- Should have a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Good with computer skills for example; MS EXCEL, Word
- Should be smart, enthusiastic and motivated, out of box thinker, someone who enjoys facing new problems and formulating innovative solutions for them
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and a go-getter
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for new business opportunities through e- mail marketing; majorly International Markets-
- Domain knowledge of Software/IT / Training / sectors would be a plus.
- Schedule appointments, generate leads, work on qualified leads, and close sales.
- Create RFPs, case studies, presentations
- Meet individual and team revenue targets.
- Convert leads to potentials and potentials to clients
- Maintain timely and effective email communications
- Work and maintain CRM software and monitor sales cycle.
- Making proposal, agreements, creating mailer content.
- Client interaction, requirements gathering.
