Roles:

We are looking for Analytics Manager / Sr. Analytics Manager who love to solve hard problems. We are looking for someone to lead our analytics practice to help our customer explore their healthcare data to understand

- How to bring down the cost of healthcare

- How to improve the health of the population

- How to improve experience of the patient

- Someone who can provide data and research backed insights is what we seek. Someone who can work hand in hand with our customer and help them track outcomes at every level to see progress from the efforts and initiative taken

Essential Responsibilities:

- Build strategic frameworks with SMEs to help customer achieve their goals - Analyze data and then devise a plan to help our customer

- Based on the strategies and frameworks, work with the team to devise consumable reports and dashboards for customers which will help them to achieve their goals

- Interacting with the customer to educate them on the findings. Help them take initiatives and track outcomes of the initiative

- Lead and grow our data analytics department. Work on increasing the analytics organization by creating leaders under them

- Research and discover actionable analytics to be used in our products

- Spend 50% of your time hands-on and 50% managing & strategizing

- Traveling to US for business meetings

Skills Desired:

- Ambitious person who can work in a flexible startup environment with only one thing in mind - getting things done

- Consulting bent - Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs to technical requirements. Clear communication to business and technical leaders

- Track record of developing and implementing innovative highly available, scalable and secure enterprise data and analytic deployments to meet current and future business needs

- Data transformation ability - Come up with reports by manipulating the data. Should be a quick learner and should be able to pick up new technology stack quickly. Deep technical hands-on expertise in data warehousing and architecture, data modelling, big data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence and reporting

- Results driven- sets aggressive goals and is accountable for continuously driving improved outcomes, leads change, and ensures high standards

- Masters in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science or other Quantitative fields

- 7+ years in analytics role in data services / product firm
