Job Role:
Title: Engagement Manager
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive key projects and manage service delivery for global customers across Stats and Decision Sciences domain
- Manage end-to-end client relationships by ensuring all plans and projects proceed as per SOW
- Serve as a first SPOC (point of contact) for the client for all project related matters including all voice and email communication, escalations and feedback
- Work as a SPOC (Single point of contact) for client operational requirement and keeping track of project delivery within specified TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Map client requirements with processes, prepare SOPs, process flows,plans & documents to support the delivery team.
- Forecast specific skill requirement to ensure resource availability for maintaining quality of service delivery
- Share dashboards and project status on weekly basis and make corrective action plans
- Identify and manage opportunities to deliver innovation that affects the customer's business performance
- Drive innovation by automating existing processes and proposing solutions for enhanced customer experience
- Identify customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand these relationships, utilize sales programs to acquire new relationships
- Create and deliver presentations for Proposal, Contracts, analyzing and executing plans and strategy for potential clients.
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 yrs of prior client engagement experience and managed global customers
- Must have prior experience in service delivery in analytics domain
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Expert execution capability and entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Good with documentation, presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent Customer Management skills
Education Qualification:
- Engineering graduate with good academic record of above 70% throughout
- MBA from a good management school will be preferred
