Your Role :&nbsp; - As a Director learning &amp; Development .You will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the L&amp;D function and learning programs across the organization in addition to partnering with functional leadership for organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.&nbsp; - This role will design frameworks and programs that will be foundational to the continued success and growth of the organization. As we build this internal capability, we are looking for someone that is a strategic thinker but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and do hands on work. Looking out for thought leader who thrive in energetic environment to define and achieve organization learning and competency goals. A person with strong strategic, leadership and problem-solving attitude focused on building a system of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Roles &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Provide analytical support in people metrics &amp; reporting - Create overall strategy and roadmap to deliver on a robust learning and development agenda that is aligned with business needs. - Provide strategic and thought leadership to frame and execute L&amp;D and OD interventions supporting the fast-growing product Organization. - Play a strategic role in creating a training framework, oversee and participate in content development, collateral and other training programs based on organisations goals - Evaluate, design, and execute innovative and engaging approaches to learning. - Set direction and manage instructional design and development processes. - Lead the development of curriculum for Leadership, Management and Employee - Development programs that are aligned with Company philosophy and values. - Develop a competency model which will link to both learning and development strategies and career mobility initiatives - Develop appropriate policies and practices to manage L&amp;D throughout the organization, including our Learning Management System (LMS). - Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives. - Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full Understanding of their units and training requirements. - Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions for coaching. - Direct learning and development processes ensuring all new hires receive high-quality orientation and onboarding experiences in order to maintain a high employee performance level - Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training Building relationships with 3rd party training providers - Managing the development of the HR team from a training perspective - Understand trends, identify potential opportunities and gaps, leverage external best practices, and develop L&amp;D initiatives that drive business results. Qualifications :&nbsp; - Minimum 10 or more years experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development or a business-related role. - Should have exposure in technical training, Functional Training, Organisation Specific Training, Leadership Training - Exceptional consultative skills and proven ability to scope and lead complex projects needed. - Ability to demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and innovation in program design. - Familiar with a variety of learning styles, field concepts, practices, and procedures. - Strong Strategic thought process as a Learning partner for the organization. - Persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile'. - Abilities to build content for training for Leaders to Executive level in the organization. - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making - Must have natural business acumen to qualify an opportunity - A self-starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations - Experience in designing L&amp;D Framework for growing Organizations in Product Space
