We are looking for Associate Director - Finance (Management reporting and Financial Analysis) to join the Finance team. You will work with Innovaccer's Finance team and will be responsible for keeping track of a company's financial plans analyzing the company's performance, contribute to shaping the strategic planning of the company.

A Day in the Life :

- Managing monthly management reporting and optimize the reporting process by leading process improvement and system development initiatives

- Work with internal & external stake holders for implementing new reporting systems

- Preparation and validation of deliverables for board and audit committee meetings

- Preparation of monthly business review, operations review presentations.

- Analyze business trends and provide insights to management.

- Developing and updating reports specific to various departments as per their requirement

- Tracking the key financial and business metrics

- Analysis of margins/P&L at customer and product technology level.

- Supporting the month end process

- Increase efficiency by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

- Continually work to towards building automation in the reporting process.

- Collaboration with strategic finance team in optimization of business operation and processes.

What You Need :

- 8+ years of proven experience preferably in Tech start-ups.

- CA/CFA/ MBA or equivalent

- U.S. GAAP exposure would be an added advantage.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, keen attention to detail, and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

- Cross-functional team experience with solid stakeholder management as well as managing and mentoring teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong understanding of Financial Modelling

- Proven Managerial experience

- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is a must

- Prior experience on Adaptive insights and Net suites is preferred.

- Problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
