Noida, India KEY SKILLS: Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, Key Account Management, Customer Onboarding YOUR ROLE We at Innovaccer are looking for an Associate, Customer Success that will help us revolutionize healthcare research and analytics. You will be a part of the expanding Healthcare Innovations team, with plenty of opportunities to interact with project stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your primary focus will be to use data mining techniques such as machine learning, regression, neural networks etc. to build high-quality predictive models that can be used to improve healthcare services and outcomes. You will be required to analyze the US healthcare data holistically to identify trends, evaluate scenarios, and make predictions for future outcomes and value drivers. This is a fast-paced, collaborative and iterative environment requiring quick learning, agility and flexibility. THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOU- LL BE DOING - Driving and Maintaining relationships with US Healthcare provider organizations and IT vendors - Strategic data acquisition for our top customers - Maintaining and Tracking the progress of the ongoing developments - Coordinate with the customers and the internal teams and set up business and technical meetings. - Conduct secondary research and collate relevant information and capture the information in a well-documented format. - Facilitate customer meetings and presentations. - Engage in dialogue to understand customer requirements and expectations. - Handling internal and external sign-offs. - Meeting reasonable internal and external turnaround time. WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE - Strong knowledge of handling multiple accounts and time-bound task execution with an experience of 1-3 years. - Experience in US Healthcare and related IT Systems is a plus. - Experience is using various organizational tracking tools. - Persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile'. - Articulate in both verbal and written presentation. - Impeccable command over English language /interpersonal in face to face as well as written communication. - Technical know-how of the various IT systems, Databases and file formats. - Ability to build credibility with the audience. - Must have natural business acumen in order to meet customer goals. - A self-starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations - Organized and meticulous in maintaining progress reports and sign-offs. WHAT ORG- S WOULD YOU DRIVE? Professional Services team at Innovaccer is responsible for building high-quality predictive models that can be used to improve healthcare services and outcomes. This team leverages a multitude of data models such as regression, clustering, ANN/CNN etc in python or scala to mine big healthcare data to answer specific questions required to complete a proof-of-concept (PoC) analysis. Furthermore, one the PoC is successful, this team is required to interact closely with data engineers to scale-up and production their projects. Salary offered: 7-9LPA
