Noida, India KEY SKILLS : - Must have Tool development experience of JIRA and Confluence.Knowledge of Power BI would be a bonus. - Experience in Project Management/Program Management is a must. This requires Internal Project Tracking, MIS and reporting and Budgeting. - Ability to work with multiple Cross-functional stakeholders to drive Business KPI's - Work as the interaction of Product and Delivery teams to Optimize Dependencies and Communication - Provide Program Governance and Leadership - Project Management - PMP from PMI as a functional skill YOUR ROLE : - As a Analyst - PMO you will be closely working and developing the tools like JIRA and confluence. - You will be able to support projects and programs independently, acts as a delivery partner to implementation teams.&nbsp; - The activities primarily centralized around resource and work planning &amp; control, budget management, change management and product quality control across customer accounts. - This function is in the heart of a project helping the project and program manager to administer and operate within different project management areas and manage people to deliver scheduled and on-demand services in time, scope and budget agreed with the client THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING : - Developing the Tools,tracking the projects. - Resource Forecasting and capacity utilization metrics across the group - Responsible for Group Dashboards and MIS creation - Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer commitments are met and there is a high degree of predictability and visibility into project - Help with implementation of Innovaccer Standard Implementation and Delivery Model - Facilitation of internal and external meetings WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE : - Proven Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using an appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style - Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture - Focus on details, error less delivery, logical reasoning - Proactive with can-do-attitude - A strong team player, proven team leadership potential - Willing to step out of own comfort zone - Fast learner with an ability to adapt to change quickly - Bachelor or Master Degree - 5-6 years of experience in the area of project management support within professional services - Strong Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting) - Excellent communication skills WHAT ORG'S WOULD YOU DRIVE?
