Solution Architect

A solution architect is frequently responsible for conducting research on existing systems and devising solutions that work within those systems. They may also meet directly with clients to demonstrate solutions, answer questions regarding software capabilities and requirements, and work to resolve issues that arise during the development cycle.

Key Activities:

- Understand business requirements and business direction

- Understand possible system specification scenario

- Define layers and modules of the solution

- Determine Architecture Scope and Roadmap

- Define the details of the components of a solution

- Lead solution coding as per best practices

- Ensure test strategy covers risk areas

- Look at mechanisms to continuously improve productivity

Domain Knowledge: Database SQL queries OLAP and ER diagram, Tables structure/ nomenclature

Domain Knowledge: Infrastructure design Design and implement information systems including CRM, ERP, CMS, WhatsApp For Business. Special focus on mobile and offline functionality.

Domain Knowledge: Cloud Development We currently have user data, content, transaction data that needs to be pulled from three independent databases and delivered to 3 different fronts end apps. - Must have designed systems that follow a similar cloud design.

Domain Knowledge: DevOps Practice DevOps is a set of practices, tools, and a cultural philosophy that automate and integrate the processes between software development and IT teams

Language: Node JS Node.js is an open-source, cross-platform, back-end JavaScript runtime environment that runs on the V8 engine and executes JavaScript code outside a web browser, which was designed to build scalable network applications.

Language: Sql/No Sql SQL is the programming language used to interface with relational databases

Programming Language System and Data Security Must have knowledge around best practices for data security, like ; Data security standards . E.g. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
