Product Manager

- PM will also develop deep and trusted relationships with key customers leveraging knowledge of their business requirements to direct product strategy and prioritization.

- Understand company's strategy and ecosystem to define the product vision and roadmap

- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

- Generating Project Plan for development or enhancement of product features

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

Skill set required :

- Product Analytics- Analyzing how users engage with a product or service for the marketplace and the features.

- Technical knowledge -Hight level

- Design Thinking/ GTM Strategy/ Market Research/ OKR/Business KPI's

- Product Design - Sketches/Wireframes/Mockups

- Ideation

- User Research / Competitive Analysis/Understanding of conducting interviews, surveys/ User Journey Mapping/Persona Development/ Usability Testing and A/B testing

- Data Analysis/ SQL/Forecasting/Funnel Analysis Data Understanding

- Story-Telling

- Eco-system Understanding current platform and system understanding

- Fit-Gap Analysis Used to identify the areas in which the newly planned system or a business process for your organization fit or doesn't fit according to the needs. It basically determines the components that FITS into the business goal and GAPS that need to be fixed

- Build/Buy/Partner Analysis Based on fit gap analysis, person should be able to understand build/buy/partner for the product development

- Tools understanding - Figma, Balsamiq, Notion, Jira, Confluence, Mind Manager etc
