Qualification:

- Full time MBA in Human Resources from with 5 - 8 years of experience preferably in a multi- national company (familiarity with the agri-sector would be nice to have)

Role Description:

- The role is responsible for providing end to end recruitment solutions to the business division

- Sourcing the right talent through various sources - job portals, social media, references, headhunting, etc.

- Scheduling, co-ordinating and conducting interviews along with the functional heads

- To create a talent pipeline to meet the future requirements

- Handling Onboarding & induction activities for the new joinees

- Manage HR budgeting

- Work as an employee engagement champion

Technical Competencies/Specialization:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Hands on experience on recruitment and sourcing

- Familiarity with labour compliance matters, audits

- Ability to work independently, manage projects, to prioritize and complete tasks with attention to detail

- Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues

Immediate joining or max 15 days is preferred
